Derek St. Thomas is a gift to those of us who suffer from chronic pain. My mentor told me about him as I have what I would consider severe sciatica (affecting my ability to stand up straight, walk, etc.). Since seeing Dr. St. Thomas (and doing other things as well, including strength training and acupuncture), my pain has subsided significantly. After an unavoidable Achilles tendon surgery, I turned to Dr. St.Thomas after physical therapy failed to help. Best decision I’ve ever made. He’s gotten me back to my very active life as a tennis coach. Great disposition!
