BEWARE! I had high hopes for this agency because Ms Theresa(the owner) came in saying she really cared and understood her patients so she makes sure her caregivers do as well! But as soon as she got my contract she changed! I am disabled but fully coherent. Because I was having minor problems with her caregiver she came to observe her. She started doing some of the washing for the caregiver and she was so rough with my body that my body was spasming!
