Stay away from this dental office. Took months for me to get my anything or any follow up. I had to suffer for months. Keep telling me waiting for approval from my insurance. After tired of waiting, I went to a new dental office, I found out I have PPO insurance and don't need to wait for insurance approval. These people are horrible and do not know what they are doing. The owner/dentist keeps going away for vacation. The last dental work done there, I had to also wait for a long time because she was away on vacation.
Dr. Uy, Rachel and team are so professional and care about their patients! They take time to explain to me and answer my questions, and so I trust and respect Dr Uy and Rachel so much! They accommodate my schedule and help to heal my teeth! My teeth are so healthy now.
