I had a very disappointing experience with “doctor” Kaitlyn Ladner. During my most recent telehealth visit (3 month medication follow-up), at the conclusion of the appointment, Kaitlyn Ladner appeared to believe the call had ended and stated words to the effect of that my appointment was a “waste of her time.” I was still connected and heard this comment directly. Throughout both appointments, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and unheard due to a lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and respectful communication. I have 3 doctors in st. Tamanini physicians network, I had great experiences back in 2020 all the way up to 2023 until Saint Tammany physicians network started answering my three doctors phones call. Why is Saint Anthony physicians blocking phone calls to my three doctors and turning into a simple phone call to my doctors nurse and getting a runaround about she’s on the phone.
