Billing and scheduling department are a mess. Be sure to check your EOB because they like to overcharge and under refund. Had to cancel the same appointment three times. Why do you keep calling to confirm an appointment I've already canceled?
My dental surgery went very well with Dr. Smith. I did not experience pain after the numbness wore off. Tammy ( dental assistant) is an angel that was very attentive throughout the procedures and after. Ms. Pam is heaven sent. Thank you all for your patience with me.
I was super nervous going in because I was in serve pain with horrible dental anxiety. I’ve had several bad experiences with dentists before. The wonderful lady I scheduled an appointment with worked her magic to get me in soon as possible. The staff on my appointment yesterday were just as great. They were able to give me sedation, perform my exam and procedure same day.
