Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. It was a terrible customer service experience from beginning to end. They were 15 minutes late for our appointment, after the front desk staff advised we would go early since the therapists didn’t have anyone before us. My wife only got a 60 minute massage instead of her booked 90 minute massage. I didn’t get my 90 minute massage at all due to the therapist saying she didn’t feel comfortable doing the massage since I had a recent minor surgery, which she decided AFTER we talked about i... read more

My boyfriend made an appointment for a mani/pedi for me. The ladies working that morning (11/6/2020) were great. I am 35 weeks pregnant and having all of the aches and pains. All were inviting, social, professional, and great at their jobs. I left feeling relaxed with a fresh pedicure and manicure. Little did we all know, the ladies were giving me the manicure I would later use to show off my engagement ring I got that night! My morning manicure lead to great engagement ring photos.

Leah is fabulous she made first pedicure so relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I just had my 1st massage at Somewhere Spa. The front desk girls were not very friendly from the second that my husband and I walked in... the experience didn't get much better for myself. My husband had a great massage however, mine wasn't very relaxing. while my therapist was extremely nice, she talked the entire massage! the massage its self was ok, not the firmer pressure massage I had hoped for.
