Hi, I have had the worst experience with this agency. What they was that after we viewed the space we were interested in to run our non-profit organization business. They asked us to apply and send a deposit of $1,000. What they did was that they denied our application and dedicated $200. This not only for us they've done it to some other clients as well. Shady place, list one price, but when you want to look at it they claim fees are double the rent. Not a good look. I couldn't imagine someone falling for there immoral tactics
