I have a friend that lives there. Its a nice apartment building. The apartments are nice and comfortable.
The roof leaks and windows don't work properly (almost fell off the track while trying to close -- from the 3rd story!). The drama in the building is awful. On trash day the trash is piled up outside the front door - smells awful when walking in and out of the building.
