Been staying here for years, sad that I gotta move out due to personal reasons. It’s been a great experience. Had some repairs when I first moved in but in recent years I had no problems and they are constantly improving! Safe, Clean, Management is responsive and the brick style wall is cute, Never seen one bug and the location is also convenient. I love my stay in the St Regis Apartment.I feel safe while at home. The staff are helping a lot even computer related. I will recommend this place.
TLDR: look at the pictures Management never responds. Expect to reach out every day for a solid week or so through various mediums (call, email, attempting to show up to the office in-person only to find an empty locked room) before getting maintenance requests resolved or other general complaints. Also, the elevators *never* work simultaneously. Maybe they did for a solid 3 months out of the 4 years I’ve lived here.
