5 Star Miami Spice experience
My husband and I just returned from a weekend stay!The staff at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort were helpful beyond measure. Upon arrival my husband hurt his knee (through no fault of the hotel). The staff provided ice packs as well as went to the nearest store to purchase a knee brace. We then tried to schedule a taxi to the hospital, but the staff once again stepped in and provided complimentary transportation.
