Came down for Spring Break 2016, beautiful property and excellent service. My wife and kids loved it so much that they are insisting we come back for their summer break.

We are staying here for Easter weekend and the service has been horrible. They are not prepared for the volume that comes with a holiday weekend, and it shows. To name a few things.... The wait for breakfast is about half an hour, if they seat you at all. They sat us without menus and we had to wait another 20 minutes to order. Not to mention that it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. We had the same issue yesterday. There was no room at breakfast for us so we ate by the pool.
