Friendliest most accommodating staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They truly make you feel like royalty here- it's the most perfect resort getaway that is conveniently located (especially coming from a New Yorker) this weekend was just what I needed to relax. The spa is also wonderful and spotless/ everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here (and I am extremely particular with hotels!)
