St. Regis is where I call home. I love my studio apartment! As a disabled individual with a, shall we say, colorful and difficult-to-explain past, I was honest and forthcoming, and I pay my rent on time, and have a wonderful relationship with management. Unbeatable! The Ritz it ain't, but what is these days? C'mon, for subsidized housing in KC, you could do MUCH worse!!!
This apartment building was good for the first 6 months. Never cares for what I call porch people sitting outside when I am coming or going. Maintence needs help, housekeeper needs help. It was home for a year and seven months maybe longer if it wasn't such for the people that st.regis let's live there.
