I applied for an apartment with Sansone Group. Their application took 40 pages, to include an asset verification form, and a MONTH for now they STILL never call my phone response!! These people are ridiculous!!!

Sansone Group and ************** are neglectful and incompetent at their jobs. My brother and I lived in their DeMun property in *******, ** and we had a terrible experience with property manager **************** and owner ***. Ill start with ******* once a month, she would send a group email out to every tenant asking for people to pay their rent on time and pay it in full. Not that big of a deal, right? These apartments are horrible as far as maintenance our tbathroom tub has been running for a week and half we have moisture in our bathroom that causes over a thousand gnats our shower tiles are loose and about to fall out the bathroom cabinet is caving in due to the water that runs in the tub constantly and last but not least my son room has a opening in the window that bees come in I’m surely afraid he will get stung

Avoid this place. We had water come in from three walls and the ceiling. Management totally neglected our unit (us). Forced us to leave (black mold). They did nothing to address the issues. Corporate only responded to us after we wrote them (Gina *****), but then they passed us off to a regional manager (John ***********) who did nothing either. I called in to report a leak in the ceiling in my bathroom over the bathtub and toilet. Every time the people upstairs take a shower, water comes through our ceiling. A week has gone by and nothing has been done other than very poor temporary fixes that have actually made the situation worse. Maintenance will only come if I call, even though they tell me they’ll be right back. They cut a whole in the ceiling and patched it up with a large wooden board and left it. The management is impossible to deal with. On multiple occasions they have either ignored my requests or blatantly lied about a particular resolution. On one of those instances, my heat was out for longer than 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable and this is just my first step to combat this mismanaged company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! The management team is rude disrespectful LIARS. I have lived in many apartment buildings/townhomes and this place is truly the WORST. They allow tenants to ***** in there buildings. They don't care about your well being or your family well being while you live in there building. They criticize me for being quiet. You can make complaint after complaint on noise levels and call the police and they still do nothing. They would rather you literally fight with your RUDE NEIGHBORS than mediate the pr... read more
