Have been seeing Dr Sean Chia for a while and have always had a great experience. He has a very gentle manner and is extremely thorough. He takes the time to explain things clearly and it never feels rushed, which I really appreciate. The clinic is well run and professional. Would definitely recommend.
I stopped going to St Quentin's because I moved to a further suburb. Big mistake! Yesterday I had the best scale and clean. No relevant discomfort (unlike going to a clinic near where I now live). I will gladly drive the extra distance! It's the best, most professional dental surgery I have ever attended. I would give 6 stars if I could.
Have been going to St Quentin for a couple of years now and have been working through several issues - I cannot recommend them enough. The level of communication, the programme set out for the work being done and the staff attention when having work completed has been amazing.
Making a Complaint I have been coming to this practice for many years. I come here because I get my regular dental check up every 6 months and I don't have a gap with Bupa. In the last two occasions I've been there including today I was asked to pay a gap of $61 for an "extra" clean. The first time this "extra" clean happened they did not charge me for it and asked that I come back into the office to rescan my card as it had not been scanned correctly.
