I have been complaining about the furnace fan that runs constantly with the A/C for a few years and have not been taken seriously. My last service call was by a young technician who found a wiring issue and fixed it. Why was this not noticed before?
Recently Mitchell serviced our oil burner. It has never run quieter. The service rep. also reported a bubble on the bottom surface of our tank and recommended a new one. Mitchell's sub contractor did an outstanding job handling the replacement and completed the task by 2 PM the same day. Overall we were very satisfied. Thank you.
