Initially, getting a quote and getting them to come for installation was seamless. I have tried on multiple occasions for the past year to get them to come service and clean my mini-splits. Each time, I get someone from the answering service that tells me that "someone from the office will reach out"..... but no one ever calls back.
What a terrible experience trying to book an emergency call. They have absolutely no interest in helping. They don't need anymore business I guess. The email response to schedule the appointment was rude and pointed and offered. I will make sure to share myu esperience with the community. Call someone else
