This review is for the onsite Apartment Manager of St. Phillip's Corner Apartments, Danielle Reyes. She "believes" herself to be a model for exemplary apartment management; when in fact, she desperately needs to take a comprehensive refresher course in Apartment Management 101. She was instrumental in influencing the current Property Management owner, Gina Gastelum, to serve me notice that my lease of 2 years would not be renewed this past March; despite having absolutely ZERO property violations.
