We brought my Dad to St. Pedro on 4/5/16. The owner described this as a secure memory care assisted living facility. Within 20 min of arrival we learned that it is not really secure. My Father was able to leave through the front door 6 times. With only 1 staff person at the facility, it was obvious that this was going to be a problem. The secure cabinets for medicine/prohibited items only had child locks on them that my Dad was able to open. He was able to get a hold of things he should not have had access to.
