Very rude
They will tell you that you don't have an application on file when it's showing in the system that you're on the wait list. Unlike Pinellas County Housing Authority, they don't make an effort to contact you via email if your phone number has changed. The Pinellas County Housing Authority contacts you using both methods when you're up on the Wait List. Even though it's been years, I still leave my review at 1 star because there has been no improvement.
These people are inhuman and should not deserve a job.I would not allow them to take care of my pet. Rude nasty disgusting people and you all forget you work in a government building with a physical address ...
