Omg the guy I spoke with named “Jake” if that’s even his real name was the nastiest person I ever spoke to on the phone. I have so much anxiety through the whole phone call. I didn’t even want to answer questions. I really give my information. He sounded like he just did not want to work and as if he was laying. I literally had to keep the energy up throughout the whole phone call and maintain composure, even when he would be very disrespectful And make comments that were completely disgusting as if he was helping the poor H... read more
I've been working with St Pete Housing Authority for over 15 years. From a landlord/property manager perspective, they do a fantastic job. Larry, Stephen and all the advisors including Ms. Larry, Ms. Bridges, Ms. Heller, Ms. Stephenson and many others do a fantastic job of taking care of their clients in need while making sure us landlords/property managers are equally taken care of as well. I've work with a few different housing authorites and this has been the best experience and customer service.
