Terrible communication. I thought out pt surgery discharged you as out pt. Staff leaves at 7 so if you're still in recovery you have to go to the floor. Too bad I sat in waiting area, no call from doctor to tell me how surgery went and no one shared the fact that my daughter would be discharged from the floor many hours longer than if she was discharged from outpt

I was in and out... even through all the COVID nonsense. Staff was great. Did not sit around longer than needed... was promptly discharged when ready. Facility was clean; nursing staff was pleasant and kind/attentive. Most importantly, my procedure was elective so I was self-pay and they offered me a great payment plan option, which was appreciated and unexpected.

I was not treated well by one of the physicians, a female. Traumatic.

I had a cosmetic procedure performed here and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist were so caring and helpful. As it was my first surgery, the anesthesiologist made sure to explain everything that would be happening and let me know that he would be there with me the entire time. All the nurses in both pre-op and post-op were all so very caring and helpful. They were constantly checking up on me to make sure I was doing okay or if I needed anything.
