Had an appointment today, took a person I care for to have a bandage change. Went to check in the man at the reception was polite and friendly but that all changed when we got to the waiting room. The nurse named Emily that dealt with the patient as she called her name, her tone of voice sounded annoyed and dismissive. As we got into the treatment I felt uneasy around the nurse as she gave off like she was annoyed with us vibe like we did something wrong to offend her. Getting to where you need can be confusing as its a shared building with leisure centre, reception for heath centre is on 1st floor but your appointment could be on another floor and there's no reception on other floors to let them know your there. Also accessible toilets are not so easy to get to and not all floors have them when they could easily have them as the toilets on other floors are large enough.
