Medical Imaging: This was the absolute worst experience for me. I left after being treated rudely without the diagnostic imaging I went for. The tech (no name, but in scrubs and had a short silver bob) who called me back to the exam area didn't even look at me or say hello until I repeated myself twice. She didn't look at me once. Saw Jessica Zelanko for a third trimester ultrasound. Mind you, we wait months for this final ultrasound. She did not let me see my baby on the screen, and spent about 5-10 mins from start to finish. Her only comments were “wow the baby barely has room in there,” and “I cannot see the baby.” When we asked what that meant she said “I cannot explain you’ll have to ask your doctor.” I am sorry, but at 8 months pregnant, you stating you cannot see the baby is laziness and a blatant lie. I love the people. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in sitting room. Nice clean place.I use this place for all my imaging care.
They charged me $600 for a single x-ray and refused to budge even a penny after months and months of disputing. It should be criminal. Now they keep trying to send me notifications telling me to come back. I would need to secure a loan first, apparently.
The nurses/techs here are wonderful. Thank you!
