I have had the privilege of providing transportation for many people visiting a loved one. Without exception the comment is always five stars for all the staff and the facility!

I cannot in good conscience stay silent about the experience our family had at this hospital with my uncle. During an incredibly vulnerable time, we witnessed a level of care that was deeply disappointing and at times distressing to watch. The staff were rough and careless in handling him physically, showing little regard for his comfort or dignity. Watching a loved one slowly fade away in palliative care is already one of the most painful experiences a family can go through. Families come to palliative care hoping for compassion, dignity, comfort, and support during the hardest days of their lives. Unfortunately, our experience at St. Peter’s was deeply disappointing and emotionally distressing.
