They advertise online scheduling, but don't keep it updated so when you make an appointment online they call you to cancel it, with no alternatives offered. Has happened everytime I tried to make appointment.
Of the last five appointments I had scheduled, four of them were cancelled by the office. two of them were not cancelled until I was there to check in for the appointment. The last time this occurred I had an acute medical need and it was my contention that the practice had an obligation to provide me medical care as they had not cancelled the appointment and I needed to be seen. I have been a patient of Dr. Bodnar's for nearly 10 years. She has always been caring and attentive to any need I may have had. I really don't understand the other reviews, she is an incredible primary care physician
The other reviews speak volumes! a year later and I'm still living the billing nightmare! I had a sinus infection and all of sudden I'm terrified with no information holding a prescription for immediate blood work and x-rays!!! I guess this is how you get money from healthy people!
