They advertise online scheduling, but don't keep it updated so when you make an appointment online they call you to cancel it, with no alternatives offered. Has happened everytime I tried to make appointment.
Of the last five appointments I had scheduled, four of them were cancelled by the office. two of them were not cancelled until I was there to check in for the appointment. The last time this occurred I had an acute medical need and it was my contention that the practice had an obligation to provide me medical care as they had not cancelled the appointment and I needed to be seen. Lost EKG results, lost family history, lost medical records. Then there was an $11,000. female procedure that turned out to be unnecessary. Plus, she never got to the bottom of my original complaint. It's all about the numbers and I don't mean blood work numbers... $$$$. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this Doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bodnar's for nearly 10 years. She has always been caring and attentive to any need I may have had. I really don't understand the other reviews, she is an incredible primary care physician
