Plesse. I beg you. From my experience Helena Montana has wonderful caring doctors. Dr Patrick Mitchell in my opinion is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. He’s taking patients. Don’t be one.
Your phone system is really messed up and has been for several months. Also your providers lack appropriate medical assistant follow through.. so disappointed with you.. I just called and spoke to a receptionist after the call was dropped again.. I told her I needed someone to call me. Instead she sent me a link for MyChart I don't use MyChart I've made it absolutely clear with your administration previously.. do better..

I am a frequent flyer at the St Peters Health Lab and I love love love the folks who work there. I can't say enough about how friendly they are - how I am a person not just a number to them, how they remember me every time. I feel well cared for by these medical people!
