Took a relative to the ER with Influenza A. After being triaged in the waiting room (understandable because they were busy), they sent her home after giving her a tylenol and a benadryl pill. In the meantime, her patient notes didn't reflect the details she had told them. Bloodwork was abnormal but they didn't say or do anything about it when she inquired. Brought my son in, and they had to draw is blood. Some phlebotomist guy name Christian Yellowboy came in, he was very rude and rough with my son. It was almost like he did not want to be there and he was letting it be known. If you get a Phlebotomist named Christian, just save yourself the stress and request a different person.
I went to their Cafeteria this morning and usually their friendly but this morning the lady that helped me check out was rude and told me to use the other check out area. I explained that I don't have any money in my checking account and to pay cash for 2 whole milks and a bottle of water. After paying for my items I went to sit for a few and the sitting area was dirty. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HOSPITAL CAFETERIA!
