I just recently tried to do business with this company and decided not to. My garage door spring broke and I was wanting to get it replaced. When I called their number, I could barely hear the person. There was so much background noise that I could hardly understand what she was trying to say to me. Good work! Had a door spring break. the tech arrived about 10 minutes after I called! He had the parts already with him. Took about 20 minutes or so to do the repair. Nice fellow too. And it's a heavier spring also
