I live out of state and wanted to send my friend a sympathy plant. Bill answered the phone and he took care of everything! My friend send a picture and it was even more beautiful than I had imagined! I highly recommend St. Peter’s Florist!

Earlier I shared a review cause I was unhappy with the value of what was delivered. I have changed my review and rating cause the owner called me directly and resolved my issue. Overall 5 stars from customer service to communication to delivering on my needs in a very short notice. The flowers that were delivered, yes very beautiful, but not quite what I expected for the amount. Again with that said the owner called me and made it right. This I was shocked. I fully understand that I called 3 hours before funeral. That was my fault. And I can appreciate the willingness to get it done. But what the owner said and what he delivered was 2 completely different things. $125 plus tax and delivery $162 and the very very VERY small arrangement was embarrassing for me. Completely disappointed. Wish I could share the photo. 💐

This florist shop and it's owner (Bill) have continued to deliver for me over the last 6+ years for various occasions - graduations, anniversaries, weddings, get well/thinking of you, congrats, etc. Bill knows just what arrangement and colors will fit your need to a tee. Cannot recommend them enough as the best florist St. Charles, and potentially in the STL Metro!
