My wife called to order flowers for a celebration of life. We are states away and all she wanted was a photo of what she’s purchasing. The guy on the phone kept emphasizing that he’s the owner, and thats wonderful, but as an owner would you want to do what’s right by the people keeping you in business?? The guy wasn’t willing to send a single photo of the $100 flowers we were going to purchase.
