I've been going here for years, literally as long as I can remember. When you book an appointment for 10 and get a confirmation for 10 you expect your appointment to be at 10. When you go in and check in and no one has said anything you still expect your appointment to be at 10. 1 hour later you go up to the desk and ask what happened and why you're still waiting suddenly your appointment has changed to 9. This has happened to me countless times throughout my experience with them. They cannot keep their appointments in order... read more
