Great staff, efficient office, appointment was quick and on time. Dr Blair is a competent physician who is sympathetic and thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Blair was very nice when I first met with her. However, since my first appointment I have never received a follow-up on the tests she ran. When we have been ill, we are told (rudely) it will be 2-3 months before we can get an appointment. Dr. Blair has one of the rudest front offices I have ever encountered. It is a shame that a good doctor is letting poor office service hurt her practice. You might wait 45 minutes on hold to make an appointment only to have it canceled because the doctor had something come up.
