My biggest problem was the lab. Only one slow person working with 15 plus people in line. Just 2 people per hour to give blood? Way to much computer work .
As nice as the practice is the actual practitioners are lousy. This practice has no actual MDs, just a DO, nurse practitioners and some PAs. Not a single doctor—and I don’t trust medical advice from nurses who have little real experience other than perfunctory conclusions based on limited rote conclusions from a textbook. I transferred my daughter there because she is getting older and thought she was getting a little too old for a pediatrician. Should be O stars,Saw Dr.Chasin and he did nothing. They called me after an ER visit. Told them I didn't want to see Dr.Chasin and they made an appointment with Dr Afrida. When I arrived they checked me in with the new doctor. However the nurse insisted my appointment was with Chasin again. Well the Dr.Afrida didn't want to help me and again Chasin didn't help me, not even a B12 shot. Saratoga Hospital came thru with a doctor in 2'days who has already helped me a lot!!!!!
Always professional and great care, as any busy practice, expect some reasonable wait time.
