Melissa Jeged is by far the worst office “manager” that I have ever had to deal with, unprofessional doesn’t even begin to cover the level of disrespect, laziness and incompetence that was provided to my VETERAN mother at this office today. We waited almost a YEAR to get an appointment with the endocrinologist just for them to send us a letter with this facilities location listed for the appointment. I started seeing an endocrinologist at this practice about six months ago and absolutely loved my doctor. Unfortunately, they recently retired, and I was automatically assigned to a new doctor without being asked for my preference. After meeting the new doctor and learning more about my diagnosis, I realized another doctor within the same practice—a DO—would be a better fit for the treatment approach I’m seeking. Been on hold for 15 minutes trying to make an appointment. Doesn’t bode well for how the office functions.
I needed to see an endocrinologist this year urgently. I was able to get an appt the following day! Dr Usmani was so pleasant and caring. Months later, she still will check in about bloodwork and my health. I would highly recommend her and it is worth the drive to see her. I appreciate all her time and wonderful bedside.
My husband Michael Peluso. Went to office today to get a soon appointment Patient having a new problem and was told rudely by front desk his appointment is October keep that and need anything goes to the ER. My husband was at the er 5/27 and did CT/A. Was negative. He Spoke to Shannon Thompson she thinks maybe neuropathy in face. He was seen ny PCP on 5/28 they ordered MRI of brain along with referral to Neurologist. They indicated maybe 4 months.
