Very disappointing system with referrals -:was told it would be a long wait ( 5months) - they don't call you for appointments! Ended up 7 months and being told Dr Reid isn't taking any more patients. " A no responsibility don't care attitude" No appointment - well probably a good thing
My experience with Dr Cathy Reid was very average. She meets the basic criteria of a dermatologist knowledge-wise and provided me treatment options, but during my visit I felt more like a test subject than a patient. I did not feel very welcome or cared for. She didn't seem at all interested to hear about my symptoms and just went off the brief referral note from my doctor - She cut me off at least a couple times when I tried to give her more information about my situation. The staff on the phone is very rude and would not let me book when I said I was a tourist. I had to insist that I can pay for her to accomodate me.
