I bought a truck nearly 2 months ago. They charged me to do the license and title work. It hasn't been done. They don't answer the phone or email. How can they run a business and never answer their phone?
The absolute worst place to buy a car from! This is the 2nd car my family has bought from them and I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. The amount of incompetency is sky high. They have me jumping thru hoops to get my car back, the loaner they gave me I refuse to put my children in and my sales person Keith Pollock is the absolute worst to get on the phone. He is rude and was even cursing on the phone. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time.
I purchased a truck from them and broke down 15 says after purchased after 10 days of the run around they said they would not refund my money and switched out for another truck. Then tried to forge a price on the loan without me noticing. As of right now they still owe me 8000 for my trade in and a title for my truck which it has been over 30 days. Contact the attorney General with any complaints I have a case submitted.
