Dr. Lopez is great but his staff doesn't follow instructions. They were supposed to get a referral done for me but failed to do so. 3xs they screwed up the referral giving someone else medical information. They help is incompetent. I could die without treatment from the neurologist before they put through the referral. I just got a new pcp today. I will never go back to this facility. The doctors are fine the office help is incompetent. May God be with you if you go there.
I had a very disappointing experience with this primary care office regarding a lab bill that I received. It’s unacceptable that I have to do the Front Desk/MA jobs. Thanks God I work in a health clinic and I know the process. Also, they don’t follow up on important matters, and it feels like no one really cares about patient needs. For me it’s fine, but I hope they don’t do it with Medicare Patients because thats how they take them from what they are not. I received a call at 8:32am regarding the Cypress location. The caller spoke Spanish initially, which caught me off guard. I inquired how I could assist, and the caller requested an appointment for the office of Miriam. However, since she didnt know what I was talking about she passed the phone to a guy and after asking several questions, the caller asked for my name and since I guess I wasnt the correct person, he abruptly hung up without apology.
