I received a call at 8:32am regarding the Cypress location. The caller spoke Spanish initially, which caught me off guard. I inquired how I could assist, and the caller requested an appointment for the office of Miriam. However, since she didnt know what I was talking about she passed the phone to a guy and after asking several questions, the caller asked for my name and since I guess I wasnt the correct person, he abruptly hung up without apology.
