The office staff is always so helpful and nice, very attentive to my needs while there. Dr. Piper is so personable and friendly, never seems rushed and always spends time actually talking to you to make sure all your problems are taken care of and your exam is thorough!
I've been going to Piper Family Dentistry for over 10 years. They have always been very friendly and have a relaxed atmosphere. I've never had any complaints on any of there work and I always refer anyone looking for a dentist to Piper. Let's be honest, going to the dentist is not high on the entertainment list but the entire staff is AWESOME and they make it a great experience. :~)
It is hard these days to find a medical office that treats you with respect and great customer care. Dr Piper's entire staff always treats us with a smile, kind words and remembers who we are. This is very important to our family to be treated as a person and not a number. Thank you to all the staff!
This is the way all business should run. A warm greeting when you come in. Staff sees you at your appointed time. They accomodate working people by the early morning appointments. Dr. Piper does a great job of overviewing the file before she comes in to see you. Staff remembers who you are and what matters. It just does not get any better. The Dr. gives you different solutions at different price ranges to accomodate what you budget is.
Dr. Piper and her staff are wonderful...,, Wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies rule!!!!
I visit every six months, service is always consistently top notch!
