What a pleasant surprise! I’m so pleased to have been recommended to Lifetime Smiles. Dr Alter was very knowledgeable, very patient, and very kind. He listened to my concerns and gave me time to talk; I never felt rushed. He even made time for a tiny unplanned procedure.
Make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the door Everything is explained step by step and they make sure you are doing OK during procedure

Even as a retiree, I prefer getting an Email prior to showing up for my visit, so that I can fill out the many pages of questions that need to be filled out prior to my visit. The young lady who greeted me was friendly, she let me in on time, and I was immediately escorted to the xray room where I was greeted by Alayah. She was knowledgeable and friendly and most of all, informative. And I hate xrays... After that, I reviewed them with Dr. Bushati to discuss the results and he began to lay out a plan. I saw the new dentist Jason Alter. Very nice guy. Explained what I did to my tooth and old filling. We made appt to come back and get temp crown.
The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant everyone in the entire office made you feel welcomed! makes you look forward to the next visit!
let me start by saying that i’m not one for change but when my old dentist stopped taking my insurance i had to find another dentist and boy i will say i was super happy with everyone at the office!!! they say things happen for a reason well i’m glad i was able to find them! thank you to the entire staff for making myself and hubby feel welcomed!

Today was my first visit to this office. I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team at this office. They made the transition so easy and pleasant. Tiffany's cleaning was the best I have ever had and Dr. Bushati has the most personable, calming demeanor I have ever experienced.
