I actually look forward to visiting my dentist and her staff....can you imagine? Also, my kids refuse to go anywhere else. When they were younger, our insurance changed and we were forced to go to another dentist. That happened one time and then we decided that Dr. Piper's office was worth paying cash for and dropped that insurance.
Dr P Always explains everything she is doing and about to do. Never had I had a dentist give me a mirror so I could look at my teeth after she completed a procedure. AWESOME
The office is under construction, but the functioning part was very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are very competent and follow up on any concerns mentioned.
Despite the apparent mayhem of the office makeover, staff all seemed to have a passionate upbeat spirit about their work. Knowing this is symptomatic of the practice at whole, this is a really good sign. I'm very encouraged as a formerly phobic and lapsed dental patient.
As soon as you open the door you are greeted by a friendly smile. I've never had to wait more than 10 min for my appt. I've seen 3 different hygienist in all my years coming here and have been wonderful and consistent w/ the cleaning my the diagonsis of what I need to do to improve (FLOSS!).
Office under renovation
I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, as was evident in the fact that I hadn't been in over 6 years. Thanks so much for making my trip back to the dentist a good one! Dr. Piper is so nice and so was Karen and the rest of the staff. Very happy to have found this office!
