Came in at 9:39am to purchase a car no appointment from the time of walking in JOSH made my experience easy smooth & fast I told him what I was looking for how much I had to put down and by 10:45am he handed me my keys and said congratulations! Thank you again so Much .
St. Pete Mitsubishi and Lendward sent out a letter saying they'd pay off my vehicle in full and get us into a new car. They claimed they would work with $0 down but when I got to the dealership they were just trying to do a regular trade-in where I roll the negative equity from my current loan into a new one. I called ahead to tell them that was explicitly what I was trying to avoid and they reassured me that wouldn't be the case. It was basically a bait and switch.
