I am writing this and giving a 2 star review due to the amount of times I've called in just the last 3 weeks about a warranty refund for a vehicle I bought 2 years ago and traded it in. I am owed a refund for the mandatory warranties I had to purchase when I purchased through this dealership to receive all the deductions promised on the final prove - there were 5 more years left on the contract and I am to be refunded this. They come on the radio multiple time a day. ‼️(FALSE ADVERTISING)‼️. they say you don’t need a id or anything and you’ll walk away with a car for nothing out the door and that’s not true. you go in and they tell you one price then come back and the price has been doubled. I wish they would take it off the radio. because if you go in they’ll have you sitting there for hours and won’t even leave with anything I seen multiple people go through it.
