Juan was absolutely incredible! While I was in the UK, I placed an order online after the cutoff for same-day delivery. I called and spoke with Juan, and he promised he’d do everything possible to get the flowers delivered quickly—and he delivered on that promise, literally! Sending flowers for special occasions can be difficult when you are over 1k mikes away. The arrangement delivered was sent exactly as pictured on website. This made my friend very happy on her birthday. I completed my order online. Email confirmations were prompt and even recieved a delivery confirmation as well. Definitely will use this florist again!
