I have multiple muscular issues (QLs, glutes, hip flexor, neck) and have seen a good many massage therapists in my day! I am new in the area and found Matt through his Google reviews. There's a reason Matt has all five-star reviews. After discussing my issues, workout routine, and goals, Matt got to work. I have seen him three times and each time he just gets into those knots and loosens them up. He is also a great conversationalist but respects the quiet moments as well. Highly recommend!
Matthew at St. Pete Athletic Massage is incredible. One of the best massages I’ve had—he’s extremely knowledgeable, listens to what your body actually needs, and knows exactly how to work through tight or problem areas. I’m a competitive amateur cyclist and I recently developed a knee pain that I could not resolve with my own mobility work. I usually train 10hrs/week on the bike and the knee pain was getting in the way of my bike workouts.
