By NOT sending bills to family members who are CLEARLY not responsible. St. Paul's happily sucked my uncle dry of every dime he had. they sent "Medicaid Done Right" to sign him up for medicaid when he was broke. they screwed up, creating a $21k gap. Now these greedy people keep sending the bill to family members! More importantly, my uncle fell many times while in their care. the last time, he had to have a total hip replacement. when the hospital did xrays, two previous untreated fractures in his spine were found. They took really good care of me. I'm in my forties and I fell and I broke my back and they are very very good to me cuz I couldn't even walk when I got there they helped me out a lot. It's a nice little family or any Community between the clients in the staff only problem I had was the social worker on my unit she was not very friendly or nice and she constantly picked it everything I did and she didn't try to help me out at all like file paperwork to get my Medicaid back or do any of her jobs I don't think she needs to be ... read more
They took great care of my mother-in-law for about 8 years.
It's a great sanctuary for retired folks. The caregivers are topnotch.
