I’m horrified with the service here. They have posters everywhere saying no to violence. Except I have never experienced such horrible passive aggressive attitude ever. I guess it’s okay for them to treat those who are in there most vulnerable position in the most rough, abrupt and unkind way. I was kind to all of them. Patiently waited for 8.5 hrs (still waiting).
