dont waste your time – Although it is a newer community and on the cheaper side its the worst place to live. slowly becoming the ghetto. No one watches the kids who sit in the middle of the st. loud music played all hours of the night. the property managers are nazi's and come up with reasons to snoop in your home. And you have to pay certain fees that are non refundable and they keep $150 of your security deposit to clean carpets when you move out regardless of condition of apt. Awesome – I've always loved it out there. The playground needs more equipment and the "ship" needs to be safer. Assigned parking spots would be great. The apartments are great. The manager Tom is very professional and nice. The maintenance man does a great job around there. Any time I've ever had a problem, which was rare, he'd fix it right away and I'd have no problems since. Their new number is (419) 236-2437.
worst management ever – They are extremely rude, they do no maintenance. They are the worst management i have ever had.If you move in here it will just cause you stress and problems.we had a broken garbage disposal and they didnt fix it for a month our door was broke into three years ago and they still didnt fix the door they told us to get a space heater and keep our heat up all the time we have to keep it at 76 for it to be 60 in the apartment. and when we tried to tell them this again they said whatever and walked away.
Awful, awful place to live – Management does not keep the grounds clean, animal waste is left everywhere, vandalism is not dealt with, noise violations constantly occur and management won't enforce that part of lease.
