Been living in a property managed by St Paul Property Management folks for a couple months now and genuinely surprised by how decent they've been. We had one major issue with the property since moving in and they were very good about getting it fixed. Otherwise they've given us our space and always been really straight forward with us.
After moving into a property with a previous agency, St Paul Property Management took over the management of this property and I could not have been happier! Shazz responded to my emails and calls quickly and was always incredibly accommodating. Property Managers don’t always have the best rap but she and the rest of the team have been incredible.
St Paul Property Management has been a great team to work with, current rental tenant with them. The process was very smooth and easy, the team is all very professional and respond to any questions or needs within a quick time frame. St Paul Property Management were amazing with our transition into our new home! Would highly recommend this great company.
I would strongly recommend St Paul Property Management to manage your property. We have had rental properties in the past, handled by property managers, however, Ted and his team have been by far the greatest. Mike is always available to assist and truly looks out for the interest of the property owner. I would not hesitate to have it any of my properties!!!! He is one of the most professional individuals I have met.
