RecommendedSt. Paul Pet Hospital has been great in treating Sumi's diabetes. Dr Katy calls regularly to follow up on her progress (every 2wks), and the friendly staff has been very responsive in answering questions.

Would not recommend. 8 month old puppy was scheduled for an appointment, which required getting blood drawn (and nail clipping). They couldn't handle him, so they rescheduled and gave us trazadone and gabapentin to give to him before the next appointment to help with nerves. Following the prescriptions' advice, we gave the meds to our pup the night before his next appntmnt. He started freaking out & his heart was racing. I cannot compliment the staff enough. Dr Katy, Dr Melinda, Dr Kari, the technicians, the front desk.... they are all so professional and yet so empathetic and supportive at the same time. Caring for an ailing pet and finally making the decision to say goodbye to a beloved companion is traumatic, but I’m incredibly grateful that I had this team on that journey with me to make it as gentle and loving a passage for my little Molly as they did.

We just had our first vet appointment for our two kitties with St. Paul Pet and had a lovely experience. The curbside drop off and phone appt due to covid was perfectly organized and responsible, and everyone I talked to was sweet and responsive. I can't wait to take our dog there when the restrictions are lifted and see the inside! So happy to have found a permanent vet.
I have to give exceptional praise to Dr. Johnathan. He has gone what feels like above and beyond trying to diagnose and treat my sick bulldog, making a scary time a little less so. All the staff have been amazing, caring and supportive each time I've gone in. Going to the vet can be stressful, but I know my animals are in great hands here.
