Upon arrival, I waited at front desk several minutes. Because the receptionist wasn't available, I sat down in waiting area and was finally acknowledged several minutes later. There was a newspaper and several magazines available for patients in the waiting area. It would have been nice to have a water bubbler available. I noticed a convenience store across the hall, so I went over and purchased a bottled water. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes

lol, that last review, I don't even. My oral surgeon did shake my hand, actually, which was not something I would expect or require, but was really nice and comforting at the time. Though I'm not sure why anyone would be outraged about a medical professional who literally has to be free of germs for their job to go out of their way with the physical contact thing. I would not recommend this provider, even for basic wisdom teeth removal. They answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but they gave incorrect information, talked over me and did not listen well, spoke to me like a child, and seemed annoyed when I disagreed or corrected them. I was also unimpressed by the doctors I spoke to. They are the type that do not shake your hand and frequently interrupt. They decide when you are finished talking and seem to prefer to hear themselves speak. They are arrogant, bustling types.... read more

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was the waiting area spacious?
