We had excellent care and service, very friendly, professional and super clean clinic. We needed to go through medical screening for US Visa Applications, and found them listed as designated civil surgeon on https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor My advice is to plan for extra time and ask up front about all costs involved and final expected payment. The total amount we paid was higher than anticipated but to be honest, we received great care, service and the forms at the end were filled perfectly.
